What to do when the app freezes?
Reasons why an app would freeze
There are multiple reasons why the app would freeze, and some of the reasons are:
- The app is outdated.
- The device's operating system is outdated.
- The device's storage is full.
- The device is in low-power mode.
What to check
You need to check the following in your phone settings.
- Please check the app's version and update it to the newest version if available.
- Please check the device's OS version by going to phone Settings > About Phone > Software Version ** on Android and phone **Settings > General > About on iOS.
- Please check if your device is in low-power mode.
Troubleshooting
- Please restart your device.
- Please Logout of the app and then try to send a message without logging back in. After tapping send, the app will ask you to Log in then you can Log in from there.
- Please uninstall and reinstall the app.
